Manager Digitalization

• To support in defining the digital strategy of the company including to design digital business solutions to address pain points within the SF digital ecosystem for customers, business units and other stakeholders. This involve working within a cross-functional team and external vendors to identify and implement mobile and online financing solutions and other systems supporting the digital sales strategy. With that, the candidate needs to translate high-level business needs into conceptual workflows, granular user stories, requirements and specifications.

• Take ownership to consolidate, steer and ensure the implementation milestone / release plan of all digital initiatives. This includes the related scope, budget and resources for these digital projects

• Collaborate and align with Compliance, Legal, Security and Data Privacy Office to evaluate new digital solutions and existing digital data and service exchanges.

• Align with NSC to promote on integrated Digital Customer Journey.

• Suggest changes to stakeholders using well structured facts and analytical results to support the recommendations.

• Actively initiate creative and effective methods of capturing fast user validation feedback related to online and mobile financing.

• Conduct regular reports and attend internal and external meetings to discuss and align both project and technical issues.

• Act as industry advocate and analyze industry trends in Japan, staying up-to-date on Fintech trends and Automotive Finance Company business processes. Assess the feasibility and apply the industry standards, trends, and best practices to digitalized solutions for company's customers.
