A sporting goods company with internationally recognized brands. The company’s technically advanced sports equipment, footwear, apparel and accessories improve performance and increase the enjoyment of sports and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities


1. EC site new launch (setup) business.
2. Order management / shipping instructions (including SAP slip update processing).
3. Product data creation & image registration (every time a new product is released, data is obtained from HQ / in-house and preparation for registration).
4. Special page setting / update work (internal update / external vendor consignment available).
5. Campaign (planning, page setting, novelty sending request, etc.).
6. Return processing (stock return, card refund processing, in-house processing).
7. Inventory disposal application.
8. Block user management.
9. Call center support (complaint handling instructions, cancellations, free shipping requests, etc.).
10. Monthly report creation (including waste inventory report).
11. SAP inventory management (adjustment, inventory replenishment, order contract arrangement when switching seasons, etc.).
12. Warehouse material management / ordering business

Requirements


1. About 3 years of E-commerce operation experience (in-house EC site is a plus).
2. Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Those with smooth communication skills.
3. Shopify operational experience.
4. Experience in operating ERP system.
5. Customer support / MD work experience.
6. Knowledge of digital marketing including CRM / SEO etc.
