Responsibilities


Implement global security and architecture standards for IT/OT(Operations Technology) infrastructure at manufacturing plants by leading design and deployment projects at the network and compute levels
Assume ownership of specified manufacturing plant IT/OT infrastructure and develop roadmaps and strategies to clearly define the future direction of the infrastructure to shopfloor level
Provide technical leadership and expertise to the IT and Automation support teams operating the plant infrastructure
Use broad knowledge across technical disciplines to explore, identify and propose solutions in order to improve, standardize and develop plant infrastructure

Requirements


 
1.Batchelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar such as Engineering 
2.10+ years related pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical consulting work required 
3.Lead the infrastructure and security team to provide the services. 
4.Have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience with validated systems. 
5.Relationship management skills; ability to connect and engage with local management and stakeholders on areas of expertise. 
6.Ability to set priorities, align stakeholder expectations, to develop and execute an associated action plan. 
7.Work with virtual teams located in different sites, aligning and adapting different work, culture and communication styles. 
8.Team player with some experience leading and collaborating cross- functionally to ensure successful delivery of solutions. 
9.Direct experience of deploying and operating the virtual machine including hosting, storage and backup, IT/OT networks, plant security principles and IT service management (ITIL) 
10.Experience with the design, documentation, deployment and Validation of IT infrastructure and systems in the pharmaceutical industry. 
11.Excellent oral and written English and Japanese communications skills, business acumen with problem solving and analytical skills.
