The company Opened the office in Japan in Shirokanedai, in November 2005. 
The office is an impressive 3 storey building with Roof Garden situated less than 5 minutes from the Metro Station in a residential area.  They have 4  Customised Mini Coopers that the sales and sampling teams use when promoting the product at events. 
The company is unique in many ways, it markets a standard one size product, and the company lives up to what they offer, high energy quick decision making and entrepreneurship.  That is the expectation of new employees. The environment is start up like and they want people who have a passion for the brand and are willing to contribute to expand the market and Its strategy o in Japan. 
Their approach to marketing is unique it is un-obvious, a little alternative as you can see from the events that they sponsor and concentrates on targeting a youth and pop culture.  They have two approaches to sales, on promise and off-premise. 

 

 

Responsibilities


1. Promotion and execution of business plan.
2. Develop a customer plan considering distribution and investment efficiency.
3. Achievement of KPI target value.
4. Rotate the PDCA cycle of product distribution, sales volume, budget, refrigerator/promotional product placement, and store development.
5. Establish branding within each store.
6. Implementation of in-store expansion in line with global guidelines.
7. POP development and proposal.
8. Secure visibility space Off Premise.
9. Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, buyers in charge, and other stakeholders.
10. Analysis of customers, growth rate and profitability.
11. Sales promotion/Visibility effect analysis.
12. Grasping customer performance based on sales volume.
13. External and internal report creation.

Requirements


1. Account management experience for major drugs, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. in the FMCG industry (approx. 3 years or more).
2. Headquarters sales experience for beverage manufacturers and consumer goods (approx. 3 years or more).
3. Build beneficial relationships with customers and connect them to your business.
4. High sales and communication skills (flexible negotiation and negotiation).
5. Understanding of off-premise business.
6. Be aware of the commercial economy and understand the movement of sales figures.
7. Basic PC knowledge (Word/Excel/Power Point).
8. Willingness to improve language skills for English (business level English is better).
9. University graduate (management, marketing major, etc. preferred).
10. Car license.
