Responsibilities


 
1.Anticipate the factors that cause transportation delays and troubles and lead countermeasure plan.
2.In Weekly/Monthly, lead projects (PDCA management of analysis, planning and execution) for safety, quality improvement and transportation capacity improvement of transportation partners.
3.Quickly come up with a solution to unexpected troubles
4.Actively find work improvement points and take a lead for more efficient operation.
5.Perform team resource management to maximize overall team performance
6.Promote the introduction of tools and systems that enable visualization of networks and their performance

Requirements


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 7+ years working experience.
2. Team management experience for two or more (including attendance, performance management, workflow management).
3. Office PC skill basic level or higher. Especially can use MS Excel basic functions.
4. Communication skills in Japanese (discussion, reading and writing, telephone answering).
 
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
1.KPI setting/process improvement experience.
2.Management experience of more than 1 year in the fields of logistics, transportation, distribution, and manufacturing (including vendor management and troubleshooting).
3.Experience in negotiations with external vendors.
4.Management experience of teams that perform well under the situation where strict deadline is set. 
5.Experience in providing products and services desired by customers in the transportation and distribution fields.
6.Cross-functional project management.
7.Bachelor's degree. 
8.Quantitative analysis skill and high IT literacy.
9.Business level English reading, writing and conversation (TOEIC 600 points or more).
10.Degree/knowledge on engineering and operations.
