職務内容

Sr. Shift Manager will be in charge of production planning, operation planning and performance management at the Delivery Station.

This person will manger several staff.

1.This person will plan production and operation scheme as well as manage and evaluate the performance of the staff.

2.Working with the section that analyze monthly delivery workload, Sr.Shift Manager will make a weekly production/operation plan, then shift manager will make a delivery route and the shift for the staff accordingly.

3.Sr. Shift Manager will manage various projects, activities for Kaizen, staff training and team building.

4.Will a key person to manage kaizen project and consider introducing cutting-edge technology.

5.Will have a regular meeting with the station operation manager and the shift manager.

6.Solve the problems that happen during the operation, such as recovery plan for the broken conveyer belts. Depending on the trouble that happened Sr. Shift Manager distribute personnel, and consider the solution.

※There are three shifts including night shift.
