職務内容

1. Collaboration with internal and external operation teams, product managers, and various business divisions, Create/suggest, finalize/implement media plan/solution plan that meets the needs of advertisers, and execute reporting after completion as one-stop package for advertisers.

2. Collect and analyze the effectiveness data of the advertising campaigns we have conducted, executes optimization of campaign during publication and leads to next publication.

3. Contracting and billing with advertisers and advertising companies Business.

4. When selling new advertising products, we also participate in sales planning based on the competitive environment (price setting, channel strategy, etc.) .

5. Proposing advertising solutions to advertisers, advertising companies, and media reps, promoting new placements, continuous placement based on relationships, and account management.

求める人材

1. Experience in sales & negotiation with clients.

2. Sales experience in digital advertising sales or solution/platform sales (education, career, travel industry, etc.) Total of about 7 years or more.

3. Native level Japanese.

4. Enthusiasm for achievement of numerical targets and reliable results.

5. Basic knowledge of internet advertising or strong desire to learn.

6. Ability to pursue operational efficiency.

7. Passion for voluntarily absorbing new knowledge and opening new business/market.
