The main brand is the Group's mainstay operation, and it has enjoyed strong growth by offering high-quality casualwear at reasonable prices based on its SPA (Specialty store retailer of Private label Apparel) business model, which spans product design, manufacture, distribution.

Responsibilities


1 Analyze customer needs in the product area in charge, discover the next business opportunity, and participate in product development
2 Develop a marketing project strategy for the product in charge and promote a worldwide sales plan (sales floor, product development, information dissemination assembly) based on it
3 Based on the above, from planning to measures and execution, we will be responsible for overall creative production of TV commercials, newspaper advertisements, in-store promotional materials, events, etc. in collaboration with creators inside and outside the company.
4 Development of communication plan based on marketing strategy
5 Promotion of global branding through product marketing
6 Depending on the experience of the person joining the company, you will be assigned to either the Japanese market or global.

Requirements


1 Deep sympathy for the brand philosophy and the concept of their products
2 Project management ability
3 Business-level English ability 
4 Smooth communication with team members and subordinates and accurate coaching and direction
 
Preferable
1. 5 year or more experience in practical product/marketing at a business company or advertising agency.
2. Those who have deep knowledge about apparel and fashion
3. Multiple industry knowledge including fashion
