This company does the Digital Transformation of top companies and looking ahead to the digital society of the future. Tokyo consists of three zones, the “Innovation Lab,” “Insights Center” and “Technology Center.” Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Data Analytics, Machine learning.

Their mission is to advance the efficiency of each group through data analytics, artificial intelligence and block chain technology. They will service within their own organization as well as outside companies.

職務内容

1. Support for building a legal and risk management platform.

2. Ensuring compliance and risk management in accordance with related laws and company policies.

3. Ensure compliance with tax and financial authority regulations.

4. Active support from concept stage to commercial stage of technical project.

5. Review, draft and negotiate various business contracts.

6. Support for export control.

7. Legal advice for all businesses. Includes corporate and labor law cases.

求める人材

1 Law degree or above (both in Japan and abroad).

2. Over 5 years of legal experience. Experience in corporate legal affairs is desirable.

3. It is desirable to have a Japanese lawyer qualification. (Not required.)

4. English and Japanese language skills: Conversation skills Business advanced or above. Reading and writing skills Professional level (standard is to be able to accurately describe contracts, official documents, correspondence, and other sensitive documents.)
